The Fins are renowned for being quiet and unassuming and then wildly talkative when they get drunk. They have the highest ratio of cell phones per head than just about anywhere (Think Nokia) and one of the strangest languages in Europe, bearing no relation to Latin or Greek but sharing a common origin with Hungarian and Turkish.
