Ordinary Americans are asked where they think should be the next target of military intervention. Thank god democracy only means voting once every 4 years…
Ok, we’re low on material so it’s ‘make fun of America’ week and we just had to post this video.
But good journalistic fun aside, it’s scary that Americans know so little about the rest of the world. True, the average Indian or Peruvian probably isn’t that informed either but who it’s not up to them whether someone reasonably sane like Obama gets into office.
In 2002, National Geographic asked Americans what they thought the population of the country was and 30% reckoned it was somewhere between one and two billion.
And they call it the information age.
