Listen to those gut feelings.

A happy stomach basically comes down to eating well. If not then you can have every kind of indigestion, stomach cramps and gas imaginable.

Most stomach problems are caused by overeating, the wrong combination of foods or eating the wrong stuff.

Travelers suffering stomach cramps in the Third World may well be suffering from worms.

You can also have problems caused by strong emotions, in particular worry and fear.

Heartburn is also actually a stomach problem caused by over acidity.
